Noreen Dooley began her teaching career in 2000, teaching 2nd grade in the small northeastern Texas town of Quinlan. After two years, she moved to Bryan/College Station where she accumulated over a decade of instructional experience in Bryan ISD teaching 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade as well as serving in the role of an Instructional Technology Specialist for five elementary campuses within the district.
Noreen and her family moved to Katy, Texas in 2012 where she became a founding teacher at Wolman Elementary in Katy ISD teaching 2nd and 5th grade.
Since 2014, Noreen has served Lamar CISD in Rosenberg, Texas as an Instructional Technology Specialist at both the elementary and secondary levels, specializing in designing highly engaging staff development opportunities that challenge teachers to stretch their instructional muscles.
Noreen enjoys challenging herself to try new things and is always seeking opportunities to continue learning. Outside of work, Noreen enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Noreen is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Surface Expert, and STAR Discovery Educator. Noreen has a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
