Visual summarizing in Sway


In this course, teachers will learn how their young students (K-2) can use traditional methods to create a story summary, which will then be transformed into digital phot stacks in Sway. These images can be used to review a story, assess a student's knowledge of story structure, or contribute to a student portfolio. This course offers many suggestions for differentiation for older students or those ready to apply the skills in new ways (or outside of Language Arts). Students are actively engaged in generating written work and deciding how to use the digital product created in Sway.
