Dan Perez, M.A.Ed.

I officially started my teaching career in 2007 as a 6th grade Science teacher in Lamar CISD. No two years were alike as I constantly sought to improve lessons using technology and high yield instructional strategies. After earning a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Leadership in 2014, I began pursuing professional opportunities beyond the classroom.

In early 2015, I began to extend my passion for instructional change as a Digital Learning Coach for Lamar CISD. The ever-evolving nature of instructional tools and student needs has helped to keep my love of learning fresh and has invigorated me to evoke instructional change among administrators and teachers on behalf of students. I strive to impart the importance of 21st century skill sets to students, teachers and administrators, as these skills will help to empower our students in becoming successful in our modern world.
