Professional Learning Specialist
Jennifer Marshall, M.A.Ed.
Jennifer Marshall is a Regional Digital Integration Specialist for the largest school district in the state of Idaho. West Ada School District in Meridian, Idaho serves over 41,000 students and 4,000 educators and staff members. Jen has seventeen years of experience as an elementary teacher, instructional technology coach, and currently serves as a Digital Integration Specialist for schools PreK-12. In this role, Jen works with her team to support administrators and educators in developing structures of professional development for systematic change in instructional practices through the intentional use of technology.
Jen has been a Professional Learning Specialist with NCCE for four years, and is passionate about infusing purposeful use of technology to increase educator productivity and collaboration, as well as to enhance student learning outcomes. Jennifer has a BA in Elementary Education, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. She has presented at educational conferences across the nation, including IETA, NCCE, ISTE and FETC. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert and MIE Master Trainer, Jen is a life-long learner who is motivated by learning together to build capacity.
