Noreen Dooley has been sharing her passion for education and technology since the beginning of her teaching career in 2000. She has worked in four districts within Texas and in 2017 began establishing a nationwide footprint by joining NCCE as a consultant. She has experience in numerous educational and administrative roles, and most currently serves as a Kindergarten through 12th grade instructional technology specialist in Lamar CISD, near Houston, Texas. In this role, Noreen works with both administrators and educators to research equipment and best practices as well as collaborates with teachers to integrate technology and content objectives in the classroom. She is also responsible for creating and delivering district-wide professional development training courses that focus on high-yielding instructional strategies that ensure students master relevant technology standards. Her training experience ranges from facilitating online courses and teaching large groups of professionals, to one-on-one modeling and team teaching sessions with both students and teachers.
Noreen constantly seeks out opportunities to continue learning and abides by the quote “the more you know, the more you realize how much you don’t know.” She gleans much inspiration daily from working with a diverse and continually growing set of skilled educators from across the world.
