Meet Holly

Holly Clark is the author of “The AI Infused Classroom,” and a leading global strategist for AI in education, guiding schools and districts through the integration of AI best practices and policies. As an acclaimed international speaker, bestselling author, and co-host of The Digital Learning Podcast, she draws on her trailblazing experience in one of the first 1:1 classrooms in the nation, to empower educators to adopt AI-enhanced blended learning.

Marlon Styles

Meet Marlon

Marlon Styles is a recognized inspirational speaker and educational leader.  In 2017, he was named a Top 30 Digital Trailblazer by the Center for Digital Education.  Under his leadership at Middletown City Schools, the district was awarded the ISTE Distinguished District Award in 2019.  He testified before the United States Congress in 2020 to advocate for access and opportunity for all students.  K-12 Dive recognized him as the Superintendent of the Year in 2020 for his advocacy and leadership on a national stage. In 2025, he was named one of the Top 100 Education Influencers by District Administration. Styles’ mission is to inspire educators to see themselves as empowered Unifiers capable of creating the types of learning experiences today’s modern learners need to thrive.

Mike Agostinelli and Jason Neiffer

Meet Mike and Jason

Mike Agostinell, Ed.S., is an educational leader with over twenty years of experience in K-12 education. He currently serves as the Assistant Director and Curriculum Director at the Montana Digital Academy and NCCE’s Tech-Savvy Teacher-in-Residence. Holding a Master’s in Educational Technology and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, he has excelled in various instructional and technology leadership roles, including Instructional Program Director, Technology Director, and district administrator. With a passion for improving student achievement, Agostinelli is recognized as an award-winning presenter at national conferences, focusing on technology integration, online learning, curriculum design, and leadership. He also champions high-quality digital learning opportunities and teacher development.

Dr. Jason Neiffer is the Executive Director of Montana Digital Academy and NCCE’s Tech-Savvy Administrator-in-Residence. For over 28 years, Jason has been exploring innovative ways to blend technology and pedagogy to make learning engaging and meaningful for students of all ages. His professional interests include distance learning, media literacy, digital productivity, artificial intelligence, social studies, and humanities education. He is a frequent speaker nationwide, focusing on high-quality digital learning. His first experience with educational technology was in 1984, when he set up all the Apple IIe computers at Roosevelt Elementary School in Great Falls as a spirited 4th grader. He has been chasing the thrill of Lemonade Stand and Oregon Trail ever since!

Mike and Jason have worked together since 2008, when they both joined the Montana technology standards revision committee and found a shared passion for great teaching, innovative technology, and next-level geekery. They have jointly presented at conferences, led workshops, participated in professional learning events, and testified before board and hearings a combined 150 times.

Tim Needles

Meet Tim

Tim Needles is an artist, educator, performer, and author of STEAM Power: Infusing Art Into Your STEM Curriculum from ISTE, now in its 2nd edition. He has been teaching art and media and acting as a technology integration specialist at Smithtown School District in New York for more than twenty-five years as well as serving as an adjunct college professor. He is a TEDx Talk speaker, an international speaker, and his work has been featured on NPR, in the New York Times, Columbus Museum of Art, Norman Rockwell Museum, Alexandria Museum of Art, Katonah Museum of Art, and Cape Cod Museum of Art.

He’s the recipient of the ISTE Making IT Happen award as well as the ISTE PLN’s Technology in Action Award and Creativity Award, NAEA’s Eastern Region Art Educator Award and ArtEdTech Outstanding Teaching Award, as well as the Rauschenberg Power of Art Award and the 2025 NY State Art Teacher of the Year. He’s also a board member of NYSCATE and NYSATA, an ISTE Community leader, a NASA Solar System Ambassador, one of District Administrator’s Top 100 education leaders for 2025, and a teacher leader in the CAN Connected Arts Network PLC. 

He has a degree in educational administration and works with several educational technology companies serving as an Adobe Creative Educator Innovator, LEGO Education Ambassador, Discovery Education DEN Star, Google Certified Champion, PBS Digital Innovator, and a National Geographic Certified Teacher, among others. Lindy Hockenbary—aka “LindyHoc”—is the bridge between education and technology. Lindy helps educators unpack the effects of emerging technologies on curriculum and instruction.

Her journey began in a technology-equipped classroom, where she first blended instruction with innovation. Lindy’s work is grounded in helping kids, which has led to a passion for making technology literacy accessible and meaningful for every classroom. Meet Ann

Ann Kozma is an Education Evangelist at Adobe and loves to encourage others to “push all the buttons” and play to learn as they use technology to transform teaching and learning. She has spent 24+ years empowering others in education as a classroom teacher, K-8 Innovation TOSA, and as a Flipgrid Educator Innovation Lead at Microsoft. Now at Adobe, Ann is on a mission to inspire and empower the next generation to be lifelong creators. Recognized for her enthusiasm and spirit, Ann loves to champion others, build community, and lives with a #BetterTogether mindset. She is an Alumni of the Apple Distinguished Educator Class of 2015 and loves to travel and collect seashells in her free time.

Jennifer LaGarde is a lifelong teacher and learner, with over 20 years in public education. Tyler Rablin is an instructional coach for Sunnyside School District in Sunnyside, WA. On the side, he runs Tyler Rablin Consulting, writes for Edutopia and EdSurge, and has been a featured speaker at conferences for his work with assessment and instructional technology. He is the author of Hacking Student Motivation: 5 Assessment Strategies That Boost Learning Progression & Build Student Confidence.
