Bring your own Windows device to this one-day professional learning experience to learn how to maximize your use of Windows and Office 365. For the best experience bring a Windows 10 device, but much of the content is available online and can be accessed with any modern computer. You will get the opportunity to explore tools such as Teams, Office Online, OneNote Class Notebooks, Microsoft Forms, and Sway, including how to provide your students with learning experiences beyond the four walls of your classroom using Skype in the Classroom and the Microsoft Educator Community.

K-12 Instructional Trainers – Join us for a Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Trainer Academy to learn more about Microsoft’s hottest tools and resources to empower your staff and students to achieve more! Bring your own Windows device to this two-day professional learning experience to learn how to maximize your use of Windows and take an immersive deep dive into the Microsoft Teams in Office 365, including uses for staff, PLCs and classes. For the best experience bring a Windows 10 device, but much of the content is available online and can be accessed with any modern computer. You will get the opportunity to explore tools such as Office Online, OneNote Class Notebooks, Teams, Microsoft Forms, and Sway, including how to provide your staff with learning experiences beyond the four walls of the classroom through the Microsoft Educator Community. Participants will finish the day with plenty of training resources and a plan to successfully implement these new learnings with staff.
By completing the training, you will receive an Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Trainer Academy badge. You will have the opportunity to become an MIE Trainer and will be empowered to deliver the program with free use of the training materials. Attendees will also receive complimentary certification vouchers* for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE) exams enabling you to continue to advance your own professional development following this training.
Audience: This event is designed exclusively for K-12 school district and building trainers who have responsibility for training educators on the integration of Microsoft technology in the classroom and have a willingness to commit to training 100 or more educators annually.
