Do you have Macs in your school? How about iPads? If so, Apple has developed new training resources called Apple Teacher Learning Center to help build your skills and enhance your instruction with Apple products.
We’re excited to announce Apple Teacher, a new program created just for you. You’ll find tips, inspiration, news, and learning materials to help you unlock the magic of Mac, iPad, and built-in apps in your classroom. When you sign up, you’ll be able to use the Apple Teacher Learning Center to brush up on skills, test your knowledge, earn badges, and become recognized with the official Apple Teacher logo that you can share with the world.
Once you sign up, you have access to 2 collections: Badges for iPad and Badges for Mac. It looks like Apple is planning on offering additional collections in the future as well.
This should be a helpful resource if you have some under utilized devices or helping others on staff conceptualize what is possible when digital tools are integrated into the learning process.
