To ensure continuous support and collaboration, NCCE established a dedicated Microsoft Teams environment. Here, staff members could access resources, quick start Guides, tutorials, and on- demand videos of each session. This collaborative space also allowed NCCE staff to be available every day to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance as needed. This ongoing support ensured that staff members could confidently use Microsoft 365 applications and continuously improve their workflows.
