Jason Neiffer, Ed.D., is the Tech-Savvy Administrator! Jason is Executive Director of the Montana Digital Academy, Montana’s public state virtual school. Since MTDA’s start in 2010, he has lead a team of over 100 teachers delivering over 100 course titles to tens of thousands students across the State of Montana. Before working with MTDA, Jason was a veteran classroom teacher with experience in two large high schools building diverse, successful programs in social studies, debate, speech, newspaper production and computer science. Jason is a leader in educational technology integration and popular speaker and trainer with experience working with thousands of teachers from all levels to improve their tech-savvy teaching. Jason has been honored as a Distinguished Educator, Most Inspirational Teacher, Outstanding Teacher and winner of the ISTE “Making IT Happen” and Blackboard Catalyst in Teaching and Learning awards.
Mike Agostinelli
Mike Agostinelli is the Tech-Savvy Teacher! Mike is currently the Assistant Director/Curriculum Director for the Montana Digital Academy, Montana’s state virtual school. Teaching Elementary and Middle school, technology directing, grant writing, presenting, and now directing instruction at a virtual school has given Mike a wide range of experiences in the educational field. Being able to teach and lead technology integration has brought a great pedagogic balance to Mike’s facilitation/instruction. With degrees from Carroll College (Elementary Education), Boise State University (Educational Technology), and an Ed. S in Educational Leadership from the University of Montana, Mike is well versed in both content and technology integration. Mike has been honored as an Outstanding Teacher by the Helena Education Foundation, winner of the ISTE “Making IT Happen” award, and the recipient of 2018 Blackboard Catalyst Teaching and Learning Award.
Tammy Brecht Dunbar, M.Ed., S.T.E.M.
Tammy Brecht Dunbar, M.Ed., S.T.E.M. teaches 5th grade at Manteca’s Online Academy. A 2018-2019 Fulbright Teachers for Global Classrooms Fellow (India) and an HP Teaching Fellow for 2022-2024, Dunbar won the 2021 ISTE Interactive Video Conferencing Network Classroom Educator Award and 2018 ISTE Literacy PLN Award for #CultivateWorldLiteracy and was 2016 California Woman of the Year, Assembly District 12.
A twenty-four-year teaching veteran, Dunbar has been an NCCE Professional Learning Specialist for almost 10 years. A popular presenter and trainer around the globe, Dunbar was a featured speaker at ISTE 2023’s Ignite as well as the U.S. State Department’s Global Teaching Dialogue 2023. She also presented at the 2015 Microsoft Global E2 conference, where she earned two global awards for project excellence, and was the featured presenter at the 2017 Microsoft Hack the Classroom Online Event broadcast live around the world.

Jeana Sistrunk
Jeana Sistrunk has over 22 years of teaching experience. She taught in the primary grades for nine years before becoming a Teacher Librarian. Jeana holds a B.S. in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Florida Southern College, and a M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida. She is currently the Teacher Librarian at Pinecrest Elementary School in Lithia, Florida. In her present position Jeana is able to positively affect student engagement and learning by integrating technology into lessons and project-based learning. She also provides professional development to the faculty at Pinecrest Elementary to advance and support their ability to create a learning environment that improves students engagement and achievement.
Jeana has been working with NCCE for three years. She views her positions at NCCE and Teacher Librarian at Pinecrest as a symbiotic relationship. She brings perspective and skills from each position into the other. Jeana looks to advancing her abilities of leveraging technology to increase student engagement and academic achievement.
Jamie Wright
Jamie Wright is a Technology Integration Coach for Clarksville Montgomery County School System in Clarksville, Tennessee, in addition to being a Professional Learning Specialist for NCCE. With over 20 years in public education, Jamie has worked with high school and middle school students, teaching Social Studies and English classes in both the regular and special education settings. She holds a BS in History, a Masters in Secondary Administration, and a Masters in Special Education. Jamie is a MIE Expert, a Google Level 2 Certified Educator, a Nearpod PioNear, and an ISTE Certified Educator with a passion for equitable learning for all, as well as designing creative and engaging instruction that grow students no matter where they started from. She has presented at multiple national conferences and she loves pouring into educators and energizing them to pour back into their students!
Rosalyn Washington, Ph.D.
A veteran educator of 26 years, Dr. Rosalyn Washington is a former elementary school teacher and Reading Specialist turned Educational Technology lover. Currently, Rosalyn is delighted to pour into future teachers in a Teacher Preparation program.
Rosalyn formerly served as a Digital Learning Specialist for Literacy and coordinated Instruct Tech for a school system for many years. Her current position as an Assistant Professor of Early Childhood Education allows her opportunities to provide a foundation in critical literacy, inclusion, and pedagogy to a generation of educators.
Her areas of expertise include research, data visualization, equity and inclusion, digital tools to support productivity, literacy, early childhood education, culturally relevant pedagogy, and curriculum design and she has trained educators nationwide related to these topics. A woman of a hundred hobbies, Rosalyn enjoys photography, travel, paper crafts, making dolls, reading, and researching the many Flat Iron Buildings around the country.

Erin Downey
Erin Downey is an experienced teacher, librarian, educational trainer, and presenter with almost 20 years of experience in public education. They are currently the consulting librarian for the Boise School District, where they support school librarians, library assistants, teachers, and school staff in getting the most out of their library, literacy, and technology programs. Throughout their career, they have discovered a passion for coaching educators and administrators through their next big challenge. Erin’s librarian heart loves taking chaos and confusion and helping plot a simple, straightforward course towards their immediate and long-term goals in a way that is accessible, measurable, and sustainable. They have a deep commitment to creating top-notch educational experiences for educators and learning professionals by implementing the same proven strategies that we know transform learning for our students.
When they’re not librarianing, they’re taking every opportunity for adventure. Their current passions are swimming, whitewater rafting, aerial silks, and flying trapeze!
Bradley Smrstick
Bradley Smrstick is a Systems Analyst in the IT department for the Hillsborough County Public School (HCPS) system in Tampa Florida and a Professional Learning Specialist for NCCE. Bradley has more than 32 years of experience in public education starting with 20 years in the classroom as a Physics teacher, 7 years as a district Technology Trainer, and 5 years as a Customer Success representative at the district level in the IT department. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, at Madison in Secondary Science Education with a major in Physics and a minor in Math. He also holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida, in Tampa, with a major in Online Curriculum Development. He also holds several industry certifications including National Board Certification (AYA Science), Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) and MIE Expert (MIEE), and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) as well as Minecraft Education Certified Trainer and Minecraft Education Global Mentor. He has presented repeatedly at Local, State and National Education Conferences on behalf of his District, Microsoft and NCCE. On a personal note, Bradley has a wife and two adult children, and spends what little free time he has finding and restoring classic cars, and is currently completing a 1957 Chevy Bel Air Rat Rod project.
